Heather Eickhoff, PHR, SHRM-CP
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
“Everyone on the Gannett Fleming team is working in partnership to provide an equitable, collaborative, and safe place for our employees to experience career growth.”
Heather Eickhoff oversees the firm’s talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits and compensation practices, and employee relations. Thanks to her team-first leadership style, Eickhoff has overseen several major successful initiatives, such as new career tracking that allows employees to plan for long-term careers at the firm; enhancements to health care coverage, paid time off, and retirement for the personal and financial well-being of employees; a manager toolkit for on-demand training with our hybrid and remote teams; and career development and succession planning to ensure business continuity for our clients.
Eickhoff, a 20-year industry veteran, first joined Gannett Fleming as the firm’s manager of compensation and retirement before being promoted to assistant director of human resources. In that role, she revamped the onboarding process, formalized a companywide titling structure, and oversaw the firm’s move to a remote workforce during COVID-19.
She is a recognized community and industry leader, and the YWCA Greater Harrisburg named her a member of their Tribute to Women of Excellence, Class of 2022.
