Supported by our strategic action plan, we are increasing diversity, leadership accountability, and providing employees with tools to build cultural competency. Our nine-person Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Steering Committee develops, reviews, and measures inclusion goals.

  • We know DE&I is about more than just making pledges; it’s about making concrete progress.

    That’s why we’re dedicated to being the employer of choice for all in the AEC industry. We are focused on reducing voluntary turnover for groups such as women, people of color, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. We’re developing a framework to track and report continuous improvement metrics, such as hires, leadership, ownership, professional development, and promotions. We also provide diversity and inclusion competency training to all directors and continue to offer companywide programming to train and build awareness for DE&I.

    Additionally, we understand that we have a responsibility to the communities we serve. We make investments focused on engagement and improving connection to our communities through partnerships with existing organizations focused on inclusion and equity in our industry. We also offer scholarship awards for Black and/or female students.
