In the News: Matkowski Appointed Chair of NOCoE Technical Advisory Committee

The National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE) Technical Advisory Committee recently appointed Laurie Matkowski, PMP, vice president and director of planning, as committee chair.
NOCoE is a collaborative initiative supported by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America, with additional backing from the Federal Highway Administration. This partnership integrates expertise from state and local governments, academia, and the private sector, ensuring comprehensive support for advancing transportation systems management and operations (TSMO).
Matkowski’s leadership will advance NOCoE’s mission of providing centralized resources and support for the TSMO community. Read AASHTO’s announcement here.
